Online payment options We offer the most commonly used online
payment options such as iDeal for the Netherlands, Bancontakt for
Belgium and Sofort for most other European countries and much more.
These payments are handled by SISOW, one of the larger online payment
processors under the strict supervision of the banks. With the help of
SSL technology, transaction data is encrypted between your PC and the
bank and your data is sent securely over the internet. This happens
entirely outside of our website. If the payment has been successfully
processed, our webshop will immediately receive a feedback, we will then
pack and ship your order.
Bank transfer Of course
you can also opt for bank transfer. If chosen, you will then receive an
email with our bank details, in which you are then requested to
transfer the amount yourself manually via your bank, quoting the order
number. Keep in mind this take 1 or 2 working days extra processing
time. Orders are automatically cancelled if your payment is not received
within 14 days after the order is placed. we will get started with your
order as soon as the transfer has been credited to our bank account.

Credit card companies do not enter into a contract with companies that
trade in cannabis related products, even though they are legal products.
So unfortunately we cannot offer this payment option.
orders are sent via DPD throughout Europe. Only in the Netherlands if
your order fits through the letterbox, we will send this as a letterbox
post via PostNL (with track & trace code).
Package delivered to a collection point nearby You
can also choose to have your order delivered to a DPD collection point.
There are hundreds of collection points in every country, so there is
always one nearby. This means you don't have to be home and you can pick
up your order where and when you want. You can select a collection
point at steps 2 or 3 of the order process. For this purpose, there is no
need to tick "other address" in step 2. Click on the blue button
"Select service point", the tool uses the previously entered zip code to
see which collection points are located nearby. You can then select
your preferred collection point, your package will be delivered there.
You will receive a message if it has been delivered there.
Delivery time Orders
before 9 a.m. (Mon-Fri) go with the carrier (DPD) that same morning.
The delivery time within the Netherlands and Belgium is 1 to 2 working
days, for the rest of Europe 3 to 5 working days.

our shipments are provided with a Track & Trace code, you will be
kept informed of the status of your order through an e-mail with track
