Which CBD product is suitable for me?
Choosing a CBD product is very personal. When making your choice, you can take into account, among other things, the method of administration, the extraction method and the ease of use. We are happy to advise you on the various options.
Which dosage form? By far the most common is the CBD oil. This is easy to dose (drops) as needed, has a good intake and is the most cost efficient. For added convenience, or for those in need of the drops or dripping, capsules are also available. Other commonly used dosage forms are evaporation or through the skin with an ointment.
What is the correct dosage? The dosage is also different for each person. The general advice is: start with a low dose and build up slowly until the desired effect is achieved. For the best result it is advised to spread the intake during the day, for example 2 to 3 times. Because there is no clear regulation regarding the dosage of CBD as a dietary supplement, there can be big differences per manufacturer from recommended and maximum dosage. The following general rule can therefore be used:
A low dose is up to ~ 20 mg CBD per day.
An average dose of 10 to 50 mg per day.
Between 50 -160 mg can be referred to as a macro dose

Number of mg per drop of different strengths (approximately, depends on the viscosity):
CBD Oil of 2,5% à 3% = 1 mg per drop
CBD Oil of 5% à 6% = 2 mg per drop
CBD Oil of 10% = 4 mg per drop
However, most packs of the CBD oil bottles also state how many mg of CBD one drop contains, in addition to the total amount of CBD in the bottle.
