In the sunny Burgenland in eastern Austria, grown on their own certified organic farmland, their hemp plants grow from which the valuable hemp seed is produced for Medihemp's oil. The oils are gently coldpressed after peeling the hemp seeds. This means that all high-quality ingredients are preserved and its unmistakable mild taste.

For a liter of oil 6 kilos hemp seeds are needed on average.

Fatty acids spectrum Hemp Seed Oil:
Saturated fat: 8 -11g
Oleic acid, monounsaturated fatty acid: 10-16g
Linoleic acid, polyunsaturated omega-6 fatty acid: 50-65g
Gamma-linolenic acid, also a Ormega-6 fatty acid: 2-4g
Alpha-linolenic acid, tri-unsaturated omega-3 fatty acid: 15-25g
plus:
10-15 mg vitamin E

Medihemp's hempseed oil contains not only a very high proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids, but also has the nutritionally optimal ratio of
linoleic acid (omega-6) and alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3). No other available on the market edible oil reached similar values. The hemp seed oil is not only a high quality food, but is used because of its excellent dermatological properties and positive effect on the skin in cosmetics and in medicine. To strengthen the immune system and for the physical well-being, we recommend at least 2 to 3 tablespoons a day.
