Are all products legal?

Yes, all products on our webshop are made from the types of Cannabis Sativa L. (hemp) that are permitted by the EU and that remain below the maximum THC content of <0.2% in the plant. The Netherlands has the additional rule that food supplements such as CBD oil should NOT contain THC, or below <0.05%.

Although all products we offer are completely legal and do not contain THC, there may be additional restrictions for some products in some countries. Globally, cannabis is becoming increasingly more legalized, and every country responds differently, rules and legislation, and the interpretation of this is also changing rapidly. We therefore strongly recommend that you properly inform yourself in the local rules and legislation regarding the products that you want sent to your destination.

Do I always have to register if I want to order online?

When you shop for the first time in our webshop you must register for a personal account. This information is of course required such as the delivery address. At each subsequent visit, it is sufficient to register with your previously entered email address and password.


What are the shipping costs?

The contribution to the shipping costs is € 4.95 within the Netherlands, free shipping above any spending of € 40-. For Belgium, the contribution is € 6.95 and free shipping of spending over € 70.

How long does it take to receive my package?

As soon as we have received the payment of your order, your package will be sent with DPD (or with PostNL for letterbox shipments within the Netherlands).

        The Netherlands: 1 to 2 business days.
        Neighboring countries: 2 to 3 business days.
        Rest of EU countries: 3 to 5 business days.

Can I pick up my order at your store?

yes, but considering that you are still planning to come to the store, we recommend that you make your choice on the spot, as you will then have the option of fitting everything first. We also have a larger assortment in the store. If you still want to make your choice online and pick it up later, you can opt for the pick up in store option during the checkout process, no transport costs will be charged. The payment procedure is furthermore the same for online purchases. As soon as we have received the payment of your order you will be notified by e-mail that your package is ready in the store.


Can I safely pay for my purchases online?

Of course! All online payments are made through SISOW, an online payment processor that is under the strict supervision of the banks.
With the help of SSL technology, transaction data is encrypted between your PC and the bank. This is done entirely outside of our site. A regular wire-transfer is also possible.

What if I don't like the purchased item?

Without giving a reason you can return your order within fourteen days after receipt. However, the return costs are for your account, and we refund the amount paid from the moment we have the items back in our possession. Of course it is important that the articles are not damaged and are in their original packaging. Please first use the 'return' option at the bottom of this site. see also "Terms & Conditions"
